Return & refund: The PKR 2,000 application fee is fully refunded if your scholarship is awarded (typically within 30 days of results). Duplicate or failed charges are refunded to the original payment method. The fee is not refunded for change of mind after a completed, processed application, or if you are not awarded.

Shipping & service: We do not ship physical goods. After payment, your application is processed online. You receive email confirmation, and we review a complete paid file (typically within 14 business days).
