2. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting this website, creating an application, or ticking the agreement box on the registration form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit an application.
3. Eligibility
You may apply if you:
- Are at least 14 years of age
- Provide a valid CNIC or B-Form number and accurate academic records
- Meet the academic and program-level requirements described on the Program Information page
- Have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, or apply with a parent or guardian if required
Submitting an application does not guarantee a scholarship, interview, or visa outcome.
4. Application process
You must complete the online form, select one program level and specialization, and pay the application fee. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents you provide. False, incomplete, or misleading information may result in rejection or withdrawal of an award.
5. Application fee
A one-time application fee of PKR 2,000 applies to every program. Payment is processed through Payoneer. The fee is refunded in full if your scholarship is awarded; refunds are typically processed within 30 days of the results announcement. The fee is otherwise used to administer review, assessment, and related application services.
6. Payment
After you submit the form you are redirected to Payoneer to complete payment. Payoneer’s own terms apply to that checkout. We do not store your full payment-card details. An application is considered complete only after the required fee is paid, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
7. Scholarships and visa guidance
Awards are merit-based and need-based. We may request additional information, tests, or interviews. Scholarship decisions are final. Study-visa or Europe study-visa guidance is advisory only; immigration authorities make all visa decisions, and we do not guarantee any visa will be granted.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit automated or duplicate applications, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access or discard applications that violate these terms.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials belong to Dream Gate or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to complete your own application.
10. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Gate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, failed payments caused by third-party processors, or outcomes of scholarship or visa decisions. Our total liability for any claim relating to an application is limited to the application fee you paid for that application.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
